Katalina Klein: Katalina Klein Properties was started thirteen years ago by Katalina Klein, a graduate of University of San Francisco who worked in Corporate Strategy for DHL Airways after receiving her Master’s in Business Administration. In her role as corporate strategist for the international transportation company, Katalina learnt the value of market research, trend and SWOT analyses, and the importance of well-structured strategies in decision-making. Eight years later Katalina joined Paradigm Solutions, a medium-sized call center service firm in the capacity of Finance and Marketing Vice President. At Paradigm Solutions, Katalina sharpened her ability to analyze a company’s financial performance and became expert at delivering timely reporting. For the past thirteen years, Katalina has been providing an array of real estate brokerage and consulting services to individuals, investors and corporations
Brenda Wendt: Is a senior consultant in real estate valuation where she is responsible for performing appraisals of commercial and residential properties. Other real estate experience includes real property tax appeal, loan underwriting, lease analysis, and consulting in various capacities. Brenda has been actively engaged in the appraisal profession since 1990. She has performed real estate valuations on a variety of property types including single and multi-family residential, industrial subdivision, professional office, medical office, community and neighborhood retail centers, industrial and R&D projects, hotels, motels, bank branches, mobile home parks, restaurants, storage warehouses, development land and various other specialty property types locally as well as nationwide. In addition, she has participated in major portfolio analyses, court preparation and litigation appraisal. Ms. Wendt earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from AmbassadorUniversity, Pasadena.
Patrick Gooch: Born in Southern California, Pat graduated from Loyola University of Los Angeles and Southwestern University School of Law. Specializing in Real Estate and Business Law, Pat practiced law from 1975 through 1988, enjoyed great success teaching Real Estate Principles and Practice, wrote and appeared in several Department of Real Estate approved Continuing Education videos, managed area brokerages, and since 2002, has worked as an independent real estate broker in the Greater Los Angeles area.
