We evaluate the physical condition of the property then perform property-specific financial analyses to gauge property performance and preliminary assessment of value. We research market conditions impacting the acquisition and determine the feasibility, suitability and profitability of the potential acquisition.

If the property is to be an investment, we assess the occupancy and evaluate the tenant-mix and retention rates, and qualify the tenants. If a client is looking to dispose of a property, we will provide recommendations for price setting, property positioning and marketing strategies.
