We compare each property whether it is a single property or part of a portfolio, against the client’s investment objectives in order to determine the asset’s actual performance. We then evaluate each property’s performance against its industry peers to obtain an understanding of the asset’s overall market performance.
We also compare the ratings of properties in a portfolio against each other and take into account disparities that exist between local markets such as tenant demand and government regulatory compliances before providing recommendations and establishing new targets for increasing performance and optimizing returns.
