 A property performance assessment may reveal that a property is underperforming against others in the portfolio, its industry peers or simply not meeting the client’s investment objectives. Through a blend of analytics we examine all of the elements that affect a property’s performance starting with inside factors such as rents, physical condition, capital structure, management services, tenant occupancy, mix and retention rates as well as outside market factors and forces that may be influencing the performance of the asset.

We then provide recommendations that can vary from asset repositioning or disposition and debt re-alignment as well as other strategies to optimize the performance and value of the asset.
